Apparently I already had an existing Binance acct. So now they ask me for the details of the first acct, which I don't know. To make matters worse I changed phones and can't login to my newe acct and keep getting "google reset failed" messages when I try to get a reset. I have uploaded selfies, movies of me stating the date etc but no response.
